A man died in a two-vehicle crash in Coombs, British Columbia, on October 4 around 10:30 p.m. A Toyota Echo, traveling toward Parksville, crossed the centerline on Highway 4 and collided with a Ford Focus heading toward Port Alberni. Emergency responders found one vehicle engulfed in flames. The investigation, led by Sgt. Shane Worth, is ongoing.
