Fire at LSU's Camellia Hall caused by scooter ignition, no injuries, under investigation.

On Saturday, October 5th, a fire broke out at LSU's Camellia Hall due to an electric scooter igniting in a stairwell around 12:30 p.m. The Baton Rouge Fire Department quickly extinguished the flames during the evacuation of students. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, and the cause of the scooter fire is still under investigation.
