A 30-year-old man in Winnipeg was arrested on October 3, 2024, for driving a stolen 2017 GMC Terrain. During a traffic stop, police found two improvised firing devices, or zip guns, and four shotgun shells, one of which was loaded. He faces charges for carrying concealed weapons and possession of stolen property valued over $5,000. The vehicle had been reported stolen from the Central Park area.
