Khaliel Disher, a 22-year-old from Orangeburg County, was arrested during a traffic stop for a moving violation. He faces felony charges for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and simple possession of marijuana. A 24-year-old passenger was also charged with marijuana possession. Authorities seized two Glock pistols and one Draco pistol from the vehicle during the incident, as reported by the Orangeburg Sheriff's Office.
