A Consumer Affairs study has identified Memphis, Tennessee, as having the worst drivers in the U.S., with the highest crash fatalities (36.2 per 100,000) and fatalities involving drivers with positive blood-alcohol content (13.5 per 100,000). Victorville, California, and Macon, Georgia, ranked second and third. The study aims to promote driving safety and encourage better practices to reduce accidents. In contrast, Glendale, California, topped the list for the best drivers.
