Bilal claimed his account was hacked, but the court found he admitted to the post. The FIR includes charges under Indian Penal Code sections 294, 153A, and 295A, as well as provisions of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The court allowed the investigation to proceed.
