1953-1987 Camp Lejeune veteran granddaughter assembles contamination records to aid veterans' claims under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act.

Jessie Hoerman, granddaughter of a Camp Lejeune veteran, has spent two years assembling a significant collection of records related to the Marine Corps training facility, where up to 1 million people were exposed to contaminated water between 1953 and 1987. This contamination, linked to severe health issues, was caused by waste and leaks. Hoerman aims to share these documents to help veterans and their families strengthen their claims under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act.
