Nigeria's Minister of Power suggests lower electricity tariffs due to improvements in power generation and distribution.

Currently, customers pay ₦206.5 per kWh after subsidy removal. Adelabu noted that while electricity prices are among the lowest in Africa, they may still feel high due to low incomes. He expressed optimism for future tariff reductions and highlighted efforts to improve power supply under President Bola Tinubu's agenda.
