Namibia's Health Minister Kalumbi Shangula inaugurated the APGAR Maternity Hospital in Windhoek, addressing maternity and child health challenges. The hospital aims to reduce maternal mortality below 70 per 100,000 live births and neonatal mortality to at least 12 per 1,000 by 2030.
