The Ethiopian Luban Workshop, established in 2021 through the Belt and Road Initiative, enhances vocational education in Ethiopia by utilizing Chinese expertise. It has trained over 1,500 students and fosters cultural exchange. Notably, Henok Amanuel Emiru, a 25-year-old Ethiopian, earned top honors at the Belt and Road International Skills Competition after his training there, highlighting the program's success in developing vocational skills in East Africa.
