The Right Livelihood Award, often called the "alternative Nobel," was presented to four laureates: Palestinian activist Issa Amro for non-violent resistance to Israel's occupation; Filipino Indigenous activist Joan Carling for advocating Indigenous rights; Mozambican environmentalist Anabela Lemos for empowering communities against exploitative projects; and London's Forensic Architecture for their work on human rights accountability. The awards will be given on December 4 in Stockholm.
