39-year-old Levi Ellis' homicide suspect, Joseph D. Ferraro, arrested in Oklahoma, awaits extradition.

Authorities in Kansas identified skeletal remains found in rural Wilson County as those of 39-year-old Levi Ellis from Neodesha. An autopsy confirmed his death resulted from homicide. A suspect, 56-year-old Joseph D. Ferraro, was arrested in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on an outstanding first-degree murder warrant. He is awaiting extradition to Kansas. The investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation is ongoing.
