NTSB alerts 40 foreign Boeing 737 operators of potential rudder component safety risks.

The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) alerted over 40 foreign operators of Boeing 737s about potential safety risks linked to rudder components that could jam. This follows a February incident with a United Airlines flight and similar past issues in 2019. The NTSB is concerned that some airlines may be unaware of these components. The FAA is responding by planning additional simulator testing in October. Boeing has notified affected operators.
