Gary A. Decatur, a 45-year-old man from Jasper, Alabama, was killed in a two-vehicle crash on September 28 in Cullman County. At approximately 12:33 p.m., Decatur was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a Honda CRV driven by 26-year-old Shawn M. Hatcher. Decatur was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the incident.
