Reginald Simpson, 42, was fatally shot while in his vehicle in Mt. Healthy, Ohio, around 3 a.m. on Saturday. The incident occurred on Hamilton Avenue near a gas station. Authorities have not identified any suspects or confirmed if Simpson was the intended target.
