The Colorado Springs Police Department is seeking help to find 12-year-old Lilyia Cruz, missing since 6 a.m. on September 28. She was last seen at her home on Trailrock Place, wearing pink sweatpants and a black crop top. Authorities consider her an at-risk juvenile and urge anyone with information to call CSPD at 719-444-7000.
