Quincy Police arrested 29-year-old Richard Balderas Mondragon for armed robbery at a Chevron gas station on Central Ave S. The incident occurred Friday morning around 7:15 AM when Mondragon, armed with a knife, demanded cash from an employee before fleeing with an undisclosed amount. Police apprehended him shortly after the robbery, and he is now charged with first-degree robbery, currently held at Grant County Jail.
