The horror series "Chucky," a continuation of the Child's Play franchise, has been canceled after three seasons on SYFY and USA Network. Despite strong ratings and fan support, no deal for a fourth season or wrap-up film was reached. Creator Don Mancini expressed disappointment but hinted at Chucky's eventual return in some form.
