Army physician Maj. Michael Stockin, facing 47 counts of sexual abuse and five counts of indecent viewing, has reached a plea deal expected to be finalized in January. The charges stem from allegations by 41 patients at Madigan Army Medical Center. A court-martial is set to begin on January 7, 2025. Meanwhile, 18 service members and veterans are pursuing $90 million in claims against the Army for failing to prevent Stockin's misconduct.
