Quashon Morgan, a 19-year-old from Norfolk, Virginia, wanted for firearm-related charges and an act of terror at Old Dominion University, was arrested on September 23 in Bertie County, North Carolina. His capture followed a search by the Down East Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and other agencies. Morgan is currently held at Bertie Martin Regional Jail without bond, awaiting extradition to Virginia.
