Edward D. Ocheskey, 51, was killed in Franklin County, Missouri, after his Chevrolet Colorado became stuck on railroad tracks and was struck by a westbound Union Pacific train around 9 p.m. on October 14. Ocheskey turned left onto the tracks and was not wearing a seatbelt. He was pronounced dead at the scene, while the train's safety equipment was confirmed to be functioning properly. The train sustained minor damage.
