The Colorado Springs Police Department is seeking 19-year-old Braulio Gomez Garcia in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that killed 46-year-old Graham Howell on August 5. Howell was riding a moped when he was struck near S. Circle Drive and Monterey Road. Garcia, the alleged driver, fled the scene and has a felony arrest warrant but remains at large.
