17-year-old arrested for fatal hit-and-run involving stolen car in Dublin.

A second teenager has been arrested in connection with the fatal hit-and-run that killed 40-year-old Michael Farrelly in Dublin last July. Both suspects, linked to a juvenile car-theft gang called 'Lucky Dip,' were released without charge. Farrelly was struck by a stolen Hyundai Kona while walking home. The ongoing investigation is being handled by the Garda Youth Diversion Office and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
