21-year-old arrested in Bellevue for DUI, assaulting officer, found with stolen car and items, linked to a prior police pursuit.
A 21-year-old man was arrested in Bellevue, Washington, for driving under the influence and assaulting a police officer. Found slumped over in a stolen Hyundai, he resisted arrest, injuring an officer. Authorities discovered stolen tools and mail from 29 residents in the vehicle. The suspect is also linked to a prior incident in Redmond involving police pursuit in another stolen car. He has been booked into King County Jail.
