Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico announced plans to explore partnerships for a new nuclear power unit, potentially up to 1,200 megawatts, at the Jaslovske Bohunice plant during his visit to South Korea. The economy and finance ministries will present project plans by October 31. Fico highlighted South Korea's role as a key investor and indicated the government would also engage with U.S. and French bidders for the project.
