15-year-old and two others arrested for driving stolen vehicle; driver charged with possession, driving under suspension, and drug paraphernalia.
Isle of Palms Police arrested three people, including a 15-year-old, for driving a stolen vehicle found on Wednesday. The driver, 28-year-old Ethan Santwan Simmons, faces charges for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving under suspension, and drug paraphernalia. Passenger Jordan Maciak Vernal Jacobs, 19, was charged similarly. The juvenile was taken to the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. Burglary tools were also found in the vehicle.
