A 40-year-old man from Bay City has been arrested in connection with the murder of 41-year-old Justie Stilwell, whose remains were found at a boat launch. The suspect was apprehended during a search warrant executed at 100 Elm Street. Additional remains believed to belong to Stilwell were located elsewhere in Bay City. Police confirm Stilwell's death as a homicide and state that no other suspects are being pursued. The suspect awaits arraignment.
