3rd suspect arrested in 16-year-old Devon Sinclair Marsman's homicide; human remains found.
Halifax police have arrested a third suspect in the homicide of 16-year-old Devon Sinclair Marsman, who went missing in February 2022. Emma Maria Meta Casey, 23, faces charges including accessory after the fact to murder. Treyton Alexander Marsman, 26, is charged with second-degree murder. A 20-year-old youth has also been charged. Human remains believed to be Marsman's have been found. A GoFundMe for the family has raised over $10,000.
