2022 helicopter crash kills co-star Chris Wilson, pilots trial set for 2025.

Matt Wright, star of Netflix's *Outback Wrangler*, will stand trial starting July 7, 2025, related to the 2022 helicopter crash that killed his co-star Chris "Willow" Wilson and injured pilot Sebastian Robinson. He has pleaded not guilty to perverting the course of justice. The prosecution plans to call 125 witnesses, and additional charges from the Darwin Local Court will be included. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for October 25, 2023.
