Azerbaijan, Romania, and institutes sign a Memorandum for a Twinning Center for Cyber Diplomacy.
Azerbaijan's Special Communication and Information Security State Service, along with Romania's ICI Bucharest and the Institute for Development and Diplomacy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create a Twinning Center for Cyber Diplomacy. The center aims to enhance research, education, and capacity-building in cyber diplomacy, fostering international cooperation on information security. This initiative builds on a prior agreement designating Azerbaijan as the host for an International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy.
