Jacob William Edward Ross, 27, from Oak Hill, Fayette County, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for conspiracy to violate the Uniform Substances Act. His sentence was doubled due to prior drug convictions. Arrested during a traffic stop in November 2023, Ross was found with a significant amount of methamphetamine and a firearm. He admitted to planning to sell the drugs in Fayette County and must serve at least five years before becoming eligible for parole.
