1st graders at Sunset Elementary sent a care package to Salina PD in memory of fallen K-9 Officer Tyrann.
First graders at Sunset Elementary in Salina, Kansas, sent a heartfelt care package to the local police department in memory of K-9 Officer Tyrann, who died in a fall while on duty. The package included a card, colored pictures, and snacks. The Salina Police Department thanked the students and praised their teacher, Elisha Hampton, for fostering kindness and community spirit in her class. Tyrann had served the department since 2021.
