A Dodge Charger driver was cited for running a red light and crashing into a Memphis police SUV early Tuesday at Union Avenue and Cleveland Street. The driver received multiple citations, including for driving without a license and not wearing a seatbelt, and was hospitalized with non-critical injuries. The passenger fled the scene but was later located and ticketed. The police officer involved was unharmed.
