Johnny Roque, 28, from Sugar Hill, Georgia, was arrested on September 20 for allegedly robbing his uncle at gunpoint while the victim changed a tire near Interstate 985. Roque reportedly asked for a ride, then brandished a gun and demanded cash. Police apprehended him nearby, finding the stolen money on him. He was booked into Gwinnett County Jail, and the cash was returned to the victim.
