28-year-old Johnny Roque was arrested for allegedly robbing his uncle at gunpoint while the victim changed a tire.

Johnny Roque, 28, from Sugar Hill, Georgia, was arrested on September 20 for allegedly robbing his uncle at gunpoint while the victim changed a tire near Buford Drive and I-985. Roque reportedly asked for a ride, then brandished a gun, forced his uncle to the ground, and stole a cash-filled envelope. Officers apprehended Roque nearby and recovered the stolen money, which was returned to the victim. He is currently held in the Gwinnett County Jail.
