Carlos Fletcher, 56, of Reno, has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 10 years for attempted kidnapping of a minor and being a habitual felon. His sentencing follows an investigation where authorities found a 16-year-old sex trafficking victim in his apartment. Fletcher engaged online with an undercover agent posing as a 15-year-old girl, soliciting explicit content and attempting to arrange a meeting, which led to his arrest.
