The University of South Florida (USF) is ranked 45th among public universities and 91st overall in U.S. News & World Report's latest rankings, marking six consecutive years in the top 50. Florida A&M University (FAMU) has entered the Top 100 for the first time, ranking 81st and remaining the top public HBCU. Notably, Florida International University (FIU) was named the top school for social mobility. The rankings reflect improved methodologies emphasizing student outcomes.
