Two young individuals were rescued after becoming trapped in the Croesor-Rhosydd slate mine in Wales. The rescue, which lasted six hours, was initiated when a third person in their group exited the mine and called for help. The North Wales Cave Rescue Organisation and Aberglaslyn Mountain Rescue Team successfully retrieved the trapped youngsters, who were located on either side of a flooded chamber.
