Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend IAF trial landing at Navi Mumbai International Airport on October 5.

Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) will conduct a trial landing of Indian Air Force planes on October 5, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Designed by Adani Airports and CIDCO, NMIA will feature four terminals and two runways, aiming to alleviate pressure on Mumbai's current airport. Domestic flights are expected to commence in March 2025, with international flights following in June. The airport will ultimately support 20 million passengers annually.
