Three individuals in Buena, New Jersey, were arrested for operating an illegal marijuana production facility with over 4,000 plants valued in the millions. Hanzi Chen, 47, Suxia Li, 41, and Deng Huan Hong, 50, face charges including possession with intent to distribute and maintaining a narcotics facility. The arrests followed a three-month investigation by state and local police. They are currently held at Atlantic County jail, awaiting hearings.
