The El Paso Police Department is investigating two cases of indecent assault near the University of Texas at El Paso, where a white male suspect inappropriately grabbed women. The suspect is described as 5'8", about 170 lbs, 23-24 years old, with light skin, green eyes, and short dirty blonde or auburn hair; he wore a gray cap backward and a gray backpack.
