The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has introduced a five-year strategy for Fiji (2024-2028) aimed at enhancing the nation's resilience to economic and climate shocks. Key priorities include public sector management, climate-resilient transport, urban water services, coastal protection, healthcare upgrades, and renewable energy transition. The strategy also promotes private investment and gender equality. Since 1970, ADB has provided Fiji with $991 million in support.
