The 20-24 age group leads with 3,348 inmates, followed by those aged 25-29 with 3,155. Admissions decline significantly after age 24, highlighting a disproportionate presence of young offenders. Additionally, Harare reported the highest crime rates, with prevalent offenses including theft and sexual violence.
