The deal, which requires regulatory approval, aligns with Edrington's strategy to concentrate on ultra-premium spirits. CEO Scott McCroskie believes the brands will thrive under Grant's ownership, benefiting from its extensive experience and diverse portfolio. The sale price remains undisclosed.
