Kentucky residents affected by severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding from May 21-27 must apply for FEMA assistance by September 23 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Applications can be submitted online at DisasterAssistance.gov, via the FEMA app, or by calling 800-621-3362. Businesses and nonprofits can also apply for low-interest disaster loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration at sba.gov/disaster.
