Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) Supply Chain Council meets in December to develop policies for supply chain resilience.

The Supply Chain Council of the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) will meet in December. IPEF, formed in May 2022 and comprising 14 member countries, aims to enhance economic collaboration in trade, supply chains, clean economy, and fair economy. The Supply Chain Resilience Agreement, effective since February, focuses on critical sectors like semiconductors and chemicals. The Council, led by the U.S. with India as vice-chair, is developing actionable policies to strengthen supply chain resilience.
