Imran Khan and wife Bushra Bibi face indictment in Toshakhana corruption case on Sept 26.

Imran Khan, founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and his wife, Bushra Bibi, are expected to be indicted in the Toshakhana case during the next hearing, scheduled for September 26. This case was transferred to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) after the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was barred from pursuing it. The FIA's supplementary challan alleges corruption and the unauthorized sale of valuable items. Khan has been in Adiala Jail since August 2022.
