Binghamton Police are investigating two recent shooting incidents. On September 22, a residence at 68 Thorpe St. was struck four times by gunfire, with no injuries reported. Four .45 caliber shell casings were found, but no suspects have been identified. In a separate incident that night, a 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg at an apartment complex on the North Side. His injuries are non-life-threatening. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact them.
