Kyle Holcomb, 27, was arrested in Lincoln, Maine, for Operating Under the Influence (OUI) and Aggravated Criminal Mischief after crashing his sedan into a rock and damaging private property. He fled the scene but was later located by police with a damaged vehicle. Holcomb also faces charges for violating conditions of release and was taken to the Penobscot County Jail.
