The Maharashtra government is providing 30.16 acres of land in phases, starting with 4.39 acres. The complex will feature modern courtrooms, chambers, an arbitration center, and various amenities. The new site, located near major commercial areas, aims to enhance accessibility and service for stakeholders. The high court, established in 1862, currently operates from Flora Fountain.
